The NAMe Family welcomed its newest addition on February 21st, 2014 when CRNA Jaime gave birth (8 minutes after arriving in the delivery room) to Darby Ann Margaret!
Darby was 7lbs. 10 oz. and 20 inches long.
In August, a group of Nurse Anesthesia of Maine’s CRNAs attended the 80th AANA Meeting in Las Vegas.
I think a good time was had by all, but of course, ‘what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas’, but a few pictures did find their way to us!
Fun in Vegas
Nurse Anesthesia of Maine has once again been listed as one of “The Best Places to Work In Maine” for 2013. Based on an assessment of “Employer’s Benefits and Policies” and “Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Surveys”, NAMe made the list in the Small/Medium Employer category. NAMe also received this honor in 2011.
Nurse Anesthesia of Maine once again participated in Pumpkins in the Park,
a fund raising event for United Cerebral Palsy. Several area companies set up booths for children to Trick or Treat. Our booth was Dr. Frankenstein’s Laboratory, in which the kids had to reach in to the monster’s heart grab their candy. We were a very popular booth, and came in 3rd Place for the overall judging!
Little Miss Norah Margaret arrived 6/26/13 at 5:11 p.m. She weighed in at 8lbs. 12 ozs. and is 21 ¾ inches long. As you can see from the photo, we have one PROUD and HAPPY family!
